Delivery and refund policy

Effective: 24 July 2026.

Immediate delivery

After PayPal confirms a completed payment, the website creates one secure, time-limited download entitlement. The success page provides the download button immediately.

Used download entitlements

Because the complete digital product is supplied immediately, a purchase is normally final once the download entitlement has been used. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Duplicate or failed payment

Contact support if PayPal shows a completed payment but no entitlement was issued, if the same transaction was charged more than once, or if the supplied file is technically unusable. Include the PayPal order or transaction ID so the payment can be verified.

Change of mind

A change-of-mind refund is not normally available after the digital product has been delivered. Requests made before a download is used will be considered according to applicable consumer law and the transaction circumstances.
