Essential storage supports requested functions; optional analytics remains separate from purchase, activation and emergency access.

MPC may use cookies/browser storage needed for security, admin sessions, language/preferences, protected activation/delivery/recovery and functions the visitor explicitly requests. Essential storage is not optional advertising consent.
First-party operational QR analytics and optional Google Analytics may be used as described in the Privacy Notice. Where consent is legally required, optional analytics remains off until the visitor makes a clear affirmative choice.
A visitor can refuse optional analytics without losing public emergency information or the core functionality needed to purchase, activate, deliver or recover a Companion. Optional consent should be changeable/withdrawable later.
Opening the PayPal checkout can cause PayPal-controlled content and storage to be used for the requested payment transaction under PayPal’s own terms and privacy/cookie practices. MPC does not use that necessary payment interaction as permission for unrelated marketing.
If MPC adds a new analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking provider, its disclosures and consent configuration must be updated before that provider is enabled.
